1. Order Processing Time
All orders are handmade in small batches and require 1–3 business days to process and prepare for shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our studio.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Timelines
We offer reliable shipping through USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your exact location and the weight of your package.
  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days
Free Standard Shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $50.

3. Local Delivery (If applicable)
If you are located in the Austin, TX area, you can select free Local Delivery at checkout. Your order will be dropped off no-contact at the specified address.

4. Order Changes & Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If you notice a mistake, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us immediately through our contact form before your order ships.

5. Damages & Issues
Because soap is a personal care item, all sales are final. However, if your items arrive damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will happily send a replacement or issue a refund.
